Responsible play
Casino games are paid entertainment. Over time the house keeps an edge, so the healthy way to play is to treat what you spend as the price of the fun — like a movie ticket — and not as a way to make money, pay bills or recover losses.
- Play only with money you can afford to lose.
- Set a budget and a time limit before every session.
- Take regular breaks; do not play when stressed, tired or after drinking.
- Keep gaming separate from borrowing: never use loans or money meant for essentials.
Spending & time control
From My Account → Responsible Gaming you can ask for:
- Deposit limits per day, week or month.
- Time reminders during a session.
- A cooling-off break from 24 hours to 30 days.
- Self-exclusion with Casino Plus for longer periods.
Limits that make play safer take effect as soon as the platform confirms them; requests to loosen a limit may be subject to a waiting period.
Exclusion programmes
Exclusion stops a person from gaming for a set period. In the Philippines it is administered with PAGCOR. The forms below are published by PAGCOR.
Self-Exclusion
You ask to be barred from gaming yourself. Apply online through PAGCOR’s Online Self-Exclusion Application (OSEA), or download the form and submit it to PAGCOR.

Family Exclusion
A spouse, child or parent can ask for a person with a gambling problem to be excluded. PAGCOR accepts exclusion periods of 6 months, 1 year or 3 years; the order lifts automatically when the period ends.

Licensee-Emanating Exclusion
An exclusion started by the licensee — Casino Plus — when it has reason to believe a player’s gaming is causing harm. It follows PAGCOR procedures. If you believe it is needed for you or someone close to you, raise it with Casino Plus Customer Support.

NDRP — National Database of Restricted Persons
The NDRP lists everyone who is barred from gaming, including excluded persons. Casino Plus checks every registration against it, and people in the NDRP cannot open or use an account.
Restricted persons
Besides excluded persons, the following cannot play: persons under 21; students of Philippine schools, colleges and universities; certain government officials and employees; AFP and PNP members; PAGCOR officials and employees; Gaming Employment License holders; and banned persons. Full list.
Warning signs
- Spending more money or time than you planned, again and again.
- Chasing losses — raising stakes to win back what you lost.
- Borrowing, selling things or skipping bills to keep playing.
- Hiding your gaming from family or friends.
- Feeling anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing.
- Gaming getting in the way of work, study or relationships.
If one or more of these sound familiar, take a break now and talk to someone.
