These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you and Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation, doing business as Casino Plus (“Casino Plus”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the website event.com.ph, your player account, your Wallet and every game you open through it. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
1. About these terms
Casino Plus is operated by Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, signing in or playing, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not open an account or use the platform.
Where these terms and the rules of PAGCOR or Philippine law differ, the law and PAGCOR rules apply. Individual games and promotions may have their own rules; those rules apply in addition to these terms.
2. Eligibility and age
You may open and use an account only if all of the following are true:
- you are 21 years of age or older;
- you are in the Philippines when you register and when you play;
- you are not a restricted person as described in section 3;
- you are acting for yourself and not on behalf of anyone else;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
We check eligibility during registration and may check it again at any time. If we find that you were not eligible, we will close the account and handle any balance as required by law and PAGCOR rules. Gameplay by an ineligible person may be voided.
3. Restricted persons
Under current PAGCOR requirements, the following persons may not register or play:
- persons under 21 years of age;
- students of any school, college or university in the Philippines;
- certain public officials and government employees, as defined by applicable rules;
- members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP);
- PAGCOR officials and employees;
- holders of a Gaming Employment License (GEL);
- persons listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP);
- banned persons;
- self-excluded players and persons covered by a family or licensee-emanating exclusion;
- any other category of person restricted under current PAGCOR requirements.
You must tell us straight away if your situation changes and you become a restricted person. The Account Verification page explains how the checks work.
4. Registration and one account
To register you provide your mobile number, email address, a password or PIN, a one-time password (OTP) sent to your mobile, and your personal details. All information must be true, complete and your own. Keep it up to date in My Account.
One account per person
Each person may hold only one account. We may close duplicate accounts, merge or freeze balances as the rules allow, and void play made through them. An account cannot be sold, transferred, shared or lent to anyone.
5. Identity verification (eKYC)
Every player must complete electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC) verification. This includes:
- a valid government-issued ID in your own name;
- ID verification to confirm the document is genuine and matches your details;
- a liveness check to confirm that you are the person on the ID.
Some features, including deposits, play and withdrawals, stay locked until verification is complete. We may ask you to verify again or to provide more documents at any time, for example when details change or when required for anti-money-laundering checks. If you cannot complete verification, we may refuse or close the account.
6. Account security and sessions
You are responsible for keeping your password or PIN and OTP codes private. Never share them, including with anyone who says they work for Casino Plus — we will never ask for them. Activity carried out with your correct credentials is treated as yours.
Only one active session per account is allowed. A new sign-in on another device or browser may end the earlier session. If you notice a sign-in you do not recognise, change your credentials in My Account and contact us at support@event.com.ph.
7. Wallet
Your account includes a Wallet held in Philippine pesos (PHP). The Wallet is for your own gaming on the platform; it is not a bank account and does not earn interest. Funds must come from, and be paid out to, payment accounts registered in your own name. We do not accept payments from third parties.
8. Deposits
You can deposit only through the payment methods shown in My Account. Any minimum or maximum amounts and fees are those published for each method at the time you deposit.
Posting of deposits to your Wallet is not guaranteed in real time. Timing depends on our financial partners, their systems and any verification we must complete. We may hold, refuse or return a deposit that does not meet these terms or that raises a compliance concern.
9. Withdrawals
You can request a withdrawal of your available balance to a payment account in your own name. Before paying out we may need to complete identity, eligibility and anti-money-laundering checks.
Withdrawals are not guaranteed to post in real time. Processing depends on verification and on the financial partner handling the payment, so we do not promise a specific processing time. A withdrawal may be held or declined where the law, PAGCOR rules or these terms require it.
10. Games and results
Games are supplied by game providers and run through the gaming backend. Game outcomes are produced by those systems and are not decided by the website. Each game has its own rules and information, which you should read before playing.
A malfunction voids all pays and plays. If a game, device, connection or system fails, affected rounds may be voided and any stakes returned in line with the game rules. Where a round is interrupted, the result recorded by the game provider or gaming backend applies. Gaming involves the risk of losing money, and no game guarantees any outcome.
11. System records
Our platform records, including the records of the gaming backend and game providers, are the official record of your transactions, bets and results. If there is any difference between what you saw on screen and those records, the platform records prevail, subject to your right to raise a complaint under section 15.
12. Prohibited activity
You must not use the platform for any unlawful or unfair purpose. In particular, you must not:
- commit or attempt fraud, including using stolen or unauthorised payment methods or false identity documents;
- collude with other players or anyone else to gain an unfair advantage;
- use bots, scripts, automated tools or software that interferes with games or the platform;
- engage in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
- open, use or play through a third party’s account, or let someone use yours;
- hold or operate multiple accounts;
- exploit errors, bugs or system faults instead of reporting them.
We may investigate suspected prohibited activity, withhold funds while we do so, void affected play and report the matter to PAGCOR and other authorities as required by law.
13. Responsible gaming
Play should stay entertainment. We provide deposit limits, time reminders, cooling-off and self-exclusion, and we follow PAGCOR exclusion programmes. Gambling doesn’t guarantee earnings or financial improvement. Stay within your limits.
Read our Responsible Gaming Policy and the Responsible Gaming page. For confidential support, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline on (02) 8248-9568, available 24/7.
14. Suspension and closure
We may suspend, restrict or close an account, and void affected play where the rules allow, if:
- you are, or become, ineligible or a restricted person;
- you do not complete eKYC or provide requested information;
- we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms or prohibited activity;
- an exclusion order applies to you;
- PAGCOR, a court or another authority requires it.
You may ask us to close your account at any time through My Account or by writing to support@event.com.ph. Any available balance that you are entitled to will be handled in line with the law and PAGCOR rules.
15. Complaints and disputes
If something went wrong, contact us at support@event.com.ph or through the Contact page. Include your registered mobile number or email, the date and time, the game or transaction involved and a short description. The process is:
- Contact
- Confirmation
- Review
- Response
- Further escalation
- Contact — you send your complaint to support.
- Confirmation — we confirm that we received it.
- Review — we check the platform records and, where needed, the game provider or financial partner.
- Response — we reply with our findings and any action taken.
- Further escalation — if you are not satisfied with our response, you may bring the matter to PAGCOR (pagcor.ph (opens in a new tab)).
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law, PAGCOR requirements or our services. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you on the website or in My Account. By continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without affecting your right to raise a matter with PAGCOR.
18. Contact
