Responsible Gaming Policy

How Casino Plus keeps play safe, fair and limited to adults, and where to find help.

Last updated: 22 September 2026

Casino Plus is operated by Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). This policy sets out how we follow PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements on event.com.ph. For practical tips, see the Responsible Gaming page.

Gambling doesn’t guarantee earnings or financial improvement. Stay within your limits.

1. 21+ only

Only people aged 21 and over may register and play. Every player completes eKYC with a valid government-issued ID, ID verification and a liveness check before playing. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 21 are closed. See Account Verification.

2. Our commitments

  • present gaming as entertainment, never as a way to earn money or solve financial problems;
  • verify age, identity and eligibility, and check the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP);
  • honour every PAGCOR exclusion order and every exclusion request we receive;
  • give players simple tools to limit their deposits and time;
  • train our staff to recognise signs of problem gambling and respond with care;
  • keep marketing honest and away from minors and excluded persons;
  • show help contacts clearly across the site.

3. Exclusion programmes

PAGCOR runs exclusion programmes that bar a person from gaming. We apply them to our platform. Full details are on the PAGCOR exclusion page: PAGCOR exclusion (opens in a new tab).

Self-Exclusion

You can exclude yourself from gaming. Apply online through the PAGCOR Online Self-Exclusion Application (OSEA portal (opens in a new tab)) or with the Self-Exclusion Application Form (opens in a new tab). You can also start a self-exclusion request from My Account. While the exclusion applies, you cannot play, and we will not send you gaming marketing.

Family Exclusion

A spouse, child or parent who is worried about a family member’s gambling can ask PAGCOR to exclude that person using the Family Exclusion Application Form (opens in a new tab). Under PAGCOR rules the exclusion period can be 6 months, 1 year or 3 years.

Licensee-Emanating Exclusion

A Licensee-Emanating Exclusion is initiated by the licensee — the gaming operator — rather than by the player or the family. We may start one where we believe a player’s gambling is causing harm or where there are other grounds under PAGCOR rules. More information: Licensee-Emanating Exclusion (opens in a new tab).

National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP)

PAGCOR keeps the NDRP, which lists persons who are excluded or otherwise barred from gaming. We check players against it at registration and again later. A person listed in the NDRP cannot hold an active account.

4. Restricted persons

Under current PAGCOR requirements the following may not play: persons under 21; students of Philippine schools, colleges and universities; certain public officials and government employees; members of the AFP and PNP; PAGCOR officials and employees; Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders; persons in the NDRP; banned persons; self-excluded players; and other categories restricted by PAGCOR. See our Terms and Conditions.

5. Player tools

You can use these tools in My Account:

  • Deposit limits — set a cap on how much you can deposit over a period you choose. A request to raise a limit may be subject to a waiting period.
  • Time reminders — get a reminder of how long you have been playing.
  • Cooling-off — take a short break during which you cannot play.
  • Self-exclusion requests — start a longer break, handled in line with PAGCOR self-exclusion rules.

You can also check your transaction and game history at any time to see how much time and money you are spending.

6. Warning signs

It may be time to take a break or talk to someone if you:

  • spend more money or time than you planned;
  • chase losses or borrow money to play;
  • hide your gambling from family or friends;
  • feel anxious, irritable or low when you are not playing;
  • neglect work, study, family or bills because of gambling.

7. Where to get help

Gambling doesn’t guarantee earnings or financial improvement. Stay within your limits.
