Details we ask for
Philippine rules require Casino Plus to know its players. At registration you provide:
- Full name — first, middle and last name as printed on your ID.
- Date of birth — you must be 21 or older.
- Place of birth and nationality.
- Current address and permanent address (they can be the same).
- Contact information — your mobile number and email, plus another number if you have one.
- Nature of work and source of income — needed for anti-money-laundering checks.
eKYC: ID and liveness
eKYC (electronic Know Your Customer) confirms that the person registering is real and matches the ID. It has three parts:
- Valid government-issued ID. For example PhilSys National ID, passport, driver’s license, UMID, PRC ID, postal ID, SSS ID or voter’s ID. It must be current, readable and in your name.
- ID verification. The photo and data on the ID are checked for authenticity and compared with the details you entered.
- Liveness check. A short selfie video or guided movements confirm you are physically present and match the ID photo.
Use good light, remove glasses or caps for the selfie, and make sure all four corners of the ID are in the frame. If the check fails, you can try again or contact support.
Eligibility check
Before activation the platform checks that:
- you are 21 or older;
- your identity is confirmed;
- you are not listed in the National Database of Restricted Persons (NDRP);
- you are not self-excluded, family-excluded or excluded by a licensee;
- you are not a restricted person (see below);
- you do not already have a Casino Plus account.
Restricted persons
The following may not register or play:
- persons under 21;
- students of any school, college or university in the Philippines;
- government officials and employees covered by PAGCOR and civil service restrictions;
- members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and the Philippine National Police (PNP);
- PAGCOR officials and employees;
- holders of a Gaming Employment License (GEL);
- persons listed in the NDRP and banned persons;
- self-excluded players;
- any other category restricted under current PAGCOR requirements.
Checks continue after activation. If your status changes — for example you enter government service — you must stop playing and inform Customer Support.
One account per person
Each person may hold only one Casino Plus online account. Duplicate accounts are closed. Only one active session is allowed at a time: logging in on a new device can end the session on the old one.
Verification status
My Account → Verification shows one of three states:
- Required — eKYC not done yet, or new documents are needed.
- Pending — your submission is being reviewed.
- Verified — you can use every feature your account allows.
